The most natural scent of just plucked lavender, lightly blended with herbs and the balsam of wood. Even, slow, clean burn of 45 – 50 hours this is the fragrance of the lavender that is soft with a slight touch of leather, blended with peppermint, rosemary, balsam of wood that fills the room with the scent of just picked flowers.

At one time or another, we’ve bought and burned pretty much the entire line of Red Flower candles. Right now, my wife an I each have one on our bedroom side tables and two downstairs. They generally smell nice. It’s clearly a quality product, no doubt about that. The design is clean and upscale feeling as well.The potpurri on top is an interesting touch but perhaps more of a gimmick than anything truly useful. You have to remove the loose petals before burning. So, for a brief while, before you decide to light the candle, you can have it open, keep the petals on top and have it act like a potpurri. But it’s a very weak smell in a room of any size, so I’m not sure how much good it does. Once you light the candle, you either toss the petals or you could collect them in a separate bowl, if you’re a potpurri kind of person. Which we’re not. That’s why we buy aromatherapy candles and not much cheaper potpurri in the first place!The biggest weakness is the price…
